Chryssie Whitehead unravels with the audience her mental health diagnosis at the age of 38. In doing so, she becomes a detective, peeling back the layers of her life and her family's lives, walking the viewer through a heartfelt journey of family secrets, societal stigma, and personal rediscovery.
Whitehead sheds a hopeful light on mental illness and generational trauma, focusing on the power of forgiveness.
